Vale do Lobo covering 2,000 acres is the most popular beach fronted resort in the Algarve with many tourism awards offering a wide range of facilities and night life; including the world renowned golf courses- the Royal Golf Course and the Ocean Golf Course, the Vale do Lobo International Tennis Academy, Barringtons Sports and Health Club, and the world famous praça, a delightful cobbled square close to the beach with shops restaurants and night clubs. Quinta do Lago is a luxurious and prestigious development of 3,000 acres of pine forest and lakes, comprising modern large detached villas with pools set in large grounds, smaller villas with pools, and small resorts with excellent facilities including São Lourenço, Four Seasons Country Club, Four Seasons Fairways, Victory Village and Vilar do Golf. There are three main championship golf courses- Quinta do Lago Norte, Quinta do Lago Sul , Pinheiros Altos and São Lourenço which is rated as the fifth best golf course in the world. Quinta do Lago is the best, most exclusive and most expensive development in the Algarve providing holiday homes for the rich and famous of Europe.
