Accommodation consists of one or two bedroom apartments and larger two bedroom/ three bathroom linked villas. All have two sofa beds in the lounge. They are extremely well planned and arranged in clusters to provide maximum privacy. The whole is set in extensive, beautiful, mature gardens.

Interiors are luxurious, elegant and spacious. Miele fitted kitchens with microwave, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Lounges have two single sofa beds, cable TV and direct dial telephones. Beautifully finished bedrooms and bathrooms. Outside terraces and/or balconies with patio furniture.

The focal point of the complex is the magnificent clubhouse with a terrace cafe, restaurant, impressive lounge bar and its renowned facilities which include:-

Fairways luxurious accommodation in the centre of Qunita do LagoHillside villas in Algarve
Fairways, in the centre of Quinta do Lago, offers luxurious accommodation with superb facilities (see page 4), including tennis courts, heated indoor pool, gymnasium, snooker room, beauty salon, hairdresser and massage parlour. There is 24 hr security at the gate and all the facilities of the club are reserved for members and their guests. During the school holidays Fairways provides a full programme for children aged 5 and above. Self cater in your villa or dine at the clubhouse restaurant or the poolside bar.

The Hillside Villas are arranged in terraces in the centre of the resort and the two storey Cluster Villas are laid out around the perimeter. They are all spacious and beautifully furnished, with cable TV, telephone, cooling/heating system and modern kitchens with dishwasher and microwave.

All villas are equipped with a gas barbecue. The whole is set in beautifully laid out gardens.

Cluster Villas:
Type A – Sleeps 4-8: 1 Double, 1 twin bedroom. Study with double sofa bed. 1 en suite bathroom. 1 en suite shower room. 1 separate shower room. Sofa bed in lounge. Full pool and garden.

Type B – Sleeps 4-6: 1 Double, 1 twin bedroom. 1 en suite bathroom. 1 shower room. Sofa bed in lounge. Full pool and garden.

Type C – Sleeps 4-8: 1 Double, 1 twin bedroom. Study with double sofa bed. 1 en suite bathroom. 1 en suite shower room. 1 separate shower room. Sofa bed in lounge. Full pool and garden.

Type D – Sleeps 6-8: 1 Double, 2 twin bedrooms. 1 en suite bathroom. 1 en suite shower room. 1 separate shower room. Sofa bed in lounge. Full pool and garden.

Hillside Villas:
Type E – Sleeps 4-6: 1 Double, 1 twin. 1 en suite bathroom. 1 shower room. Sofa bed in lounge. Jacuzzi and terrace. Top floor.

Type F – Sleeps 6-8: 1 Double, 2 twin bedrooms. 1 en suite bathroom. 1 en suite shower room. 1 separate shower room. Sofa bed in lounge. Splash pool and terrace. On first and second floor.

Type GJ & GP – Sleeps 4-6: 1 Double, 1 twin. 1 en suite bathroom. 1 en suite shower room. 1 separate shower room. Sofa bed in lounge. Either jacuzzi and terrace (GJ) - or splash pool and terrace (GP).

Type H – Sleeps 4-8: 1 Double, 2 twin bedrooms. 1 en suite bathroom. 1 en suite shower room. 1 separate shower room. Sofa bed in lounge. Splash pool.
